Riverside

Riverside/ San Marco are two communities connected to downtown Jacksonville by the Acosta bridge, the creation of which prompted the greatest growth of this area in 1907.

Its boundaries are still unofficial. Quaint and  charming, these small communities offer huge rewards for residents. Not only is this area home to fourteen city parks, but there’s also a walkable historic district and locally owned dining options.

Though the homes found in this area are upscale and worth millions, there is a young and trendy population and the atmosphere is one of arts and culture. Mandarin

Regal historicity blends with statuesque oaks to create what Harriet Beecher Stowe once called a “tropical paradise”, otherwise known as the Mandarin neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL. With low crime rates, high income per capita, and gorgeous weather, Mandarin is a perfect place to call home.

St. Augustine

Founded in 1565, St. Augustine is one of the historically richest cities in FL, but it offers more than just an ancient fortress and pirate tales.

For families who enjoy sunny weather and phenomenal fishing, look no farther. There are over fifty charters available, as well as state parks with fabulous fishing like Washington Oaks Gardens whose boundaries are formed by the Matanzas river and Atlantic ocean.
